Diagnostic and Repair
USA PC DOCTOR is not responsible for loss of data. It is advisable that you make regular backups of important data. If possible, you should always make backup copies of data before taking your computer in for service. Diagnostic fee is required for all repair work. The fee is waived if you decide to go ahead and finish the repairs. You will be supplied with an estimate for all repair work in advance.
Labor Warranty
All labor performed by USA PC DOCTOR is warranted for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of customer receipt. Labor warranty covers proper installation and working order of installed components. Damaged caused by misuse or neglect will void warranty.
Parts Warranty
New Parts purchased and Installed by USA PC DOCTOR Carry a warranty of one (1) year. Any warranty claims beyond one (1) year are the responsibility of the user. Removal or defacing of serial number(s) from components voids warranty. Damaged caused by misuse or neglect will void warranty. Compatibility issues on parts purchased and installed by USA PC DOCTOR carry a thirty (30) day warranty. Parts Purchased by Customer and Installed by USA PC DOCTOR does not warrant any parts purchased by the customer. The customer is responsible to facilitate all manufacturers’ warranty claims. USA PC DOCTOR does not warrant compatibility of components installed and does not support any issues that may arise from incompatibility.
Software Warranty
USA PC DOCTOR does not warrant any software installations and fixes. The user must understand the impact of upgrades to the operating system, applications and utility software. Such upgrades can lead to incompatibilities and possible loss of dataUSA PC DOCTORrequires the original software media and product key to perform installations. USA PC DOCTORdoes not warrant or support installation or recovery of copied software.
